IPL postponed, India vs S.A. ODI's called off due to corona virus IPL postponed, India vs S.A. ODI's called off due to corona virus IPL 2020 has been postponed due to corona virus. It will now start from April 15 instead of March 29, as confirmed by BCCI on 14 march.  In its statement announcing the decision on Friday afternoon, the BCCI said "it was suspending the IPL until April 15 as a precautionary measure against the corona virus. The BCCI is concerned and sensitive about all its stakeholders, and public health in general, and it is taking all necessary steps to ensure that, all people related to IPL including fans have a safe cricketing experience."
